ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow one business day to process your order. Expect an email within one business day to let you know that your order is on its way. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within one business day using royal mail first class. We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping chares for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. 

• Simple flat rate shipping for all orders under £50 is £3.49. 
• Orders of £50 and over qualify for free UK shipping. 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at osiristradingcards@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
